Definitions

Indemnity and Contribution

The User must indemnify Grand Mondial Casino against any losses suffered as a result of your breach of these Terms including all costs incurred defending an action.

Termination

a. We may at our discretion terminate or suspend Service to you immediately on notice if you have breached the Agreement in whole or part. b. Your use of the Site and Services will be terminated upon written request from us, or where there has been no activity for a period of one year

Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire understanding between parties hereto, superseding all prior understandings and agreements whether written oral or implied with respect to our site services. By accessing www.wer.com and using its service you agree that such access is governed by these conditions.

These Conditions will be governed solely by English law.
